The OptiScan® Standard Transition Sensor
The
OptiScan® Transition Sensors continuously monitors the process
line for different concentrations of milk and other similar products
(all dairy products, chemicals, pharmaceutical solutions, etc.).
OptiScan®
accurately detects the desired product to water ratio (from 0 to
100% concentration), as well as product to product transition points
& concentrations, and provides an immediate and continuous output
to the operator and/or control system (based on the standard 4 to
20 mA output signal).
This ensures
maximum product recovery and quality during all process cycles and
conditions, and minimizes environmental losses and loading. This
