The OptiScan® FC Opto

The sensor is designed and constructed to meet and fulfill the strict hygienic demands in the Liquid Food Manufacturing Industry.

The design ensures that there are no inner parts that might interfere with the flow, one illustration of that is that the prism is integrated in the "pipe".

The Opto sensor consists of two parts, (1) the sensor body and (2) the electronics casing. The two parts are connected to each other with a threaded nipple. The sensor body is a complete unit with teflon conductors, all in different colors, and a connecting plinth on the circuit board. The same electronics casing with its circuit board is now used for a number of our sensor bodies.
